Vinayak Jadhav is the Founder of NeuroPsych Tech, a design studio built on the belief that great digital experiences begin with understanding the human mind.
With 8+ years of experience in design, including professional experience as a Web UX Designer at CDK Global, Vinayak has worked on real-world digital experiences focused on usability, branding, and user-centered design. He is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Saint Leo University, USA, strengthening his understanding of human behavior and cognitive processes.
Alongside his industry experience, Vinayak has mentored emerging designers, helping them develop their professional skills and understand practical UX workflows beyond tools and theory.
Driven by a vision to pioneer brain-centered design in the age of AI, he founded NeuroPsych Tech to bring together human behavior, technology, and design—and create intuitive, meaningful, and future-ready digital experiences.
